We believe land that is properly managed produces the healthiest, most nourishing foods. We strive to integrate deliberate and ordered intensive grazing programs to maximize yields, reduce pest pressure, and return more to the soil than what we take out, all as naturally as possible!
We raise chickens and ducks for eggs and meat, grass-fed beef, lamb, and a limited selection of seasonal produce. We raise a large flock of guinea fowl to eliminate the need for pesticides.
We hatch and raise our own meat birds, selected for optimal health and excellent taste.
We work diligently to maintain and restore native forages for soil and animal health.
